Privacy rights

Request access, erasure, or other data-subject rights under UK GDPR.

What we can help with

Access (DSAR), erasure, restriction, and objection requests for personal data Handlet processes as controller or as processor on behalf of a business customer. End-customer requests about a trade business's own CRM or inbox data are usually handled by that business first; we assist under our DPA.

Advertising identifiers

Where Handlet holds advertising click identifiers or free-text UTM values, erasure drains and account-deletion paths remove them. Lookback-expired identifiers are erased on a scheduled drain.

How we record requests

Submissions create a durable intake record (reference + request type + hashed contact identifiers) before we email the privacy team. Completing identity checks and executing REM-03 / erasure flows remains an ops step after verification — this form is the intake channel, not automatic erasure authority.

Your data held by a trade business using Handlet — that trade is usually the controller. Contact them first. You can still submit here so we can route and assist under our DPA — this is not an automatic wipe of their CRM or inbox.
