Anyone who logs in to Handlet. Standard includes 1 user, the owner. Pro includes 3 users, the owner plus 2 more. Each extra user is £19 a month on either plan and gets access to your team workspace. You choose which features each user can use. Allowances are shared across the account, so they don't grow per extra user.

You carry on and pay for the extra: 6p a draft, 12p a text segment and 30p a call minute. Extra usage is capped at £20 a month by default, and you can change the cap from £0 to £200. We warn you at 80% of your cap, and nothing is cut off without a fallback.

Each account customers message you on, such as a WhatsApp number or an email inbox. Standard includes 2 and Pro includes 4. Each extra connected account is £10 a month on either plan. This is separate from extra users, which are £19 a month each.
