Keeping your Handlet account secure
What to do if a sign-in looks wrong, and how we show recent access.
Recent sign-ins
In Settings you can see a short list of recent sign-ins: date and time, a best-effort summary of the browser or device, and an approximate region when we can determine it (for example from network metadata on our hosting platform).
We do not show this list to other people in your company — it is for your own user profile only.
If something looks wrong
- Change your password if you use email and password, or sign out of Handlet on devices you do not trust.
- Review connected channels (email and messaging) under Channels settings so you know what is linked to Handlet.
- Contact support if you believe someone else accessed your account — include the approximate time from the sign-in list.
New-device emails
When we detect a sign-in from a device or network we have not seen on your account before (after your first successful login), we may send a short email so you can confirm it was you. This is optional and depends on mail configuration for your environment.
