Window cleaning

Window-cleaning owners, and other small service trades, are often out on a job when the next enquiry arrives. WhatsApp, email and Facebook are how that work is won and kept. Handlet starts in that inbox.
It is an assistant for the admin around the enquiry. It is not a CRM, scheduler or autonomous office.
Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and review platforms are the channels Handlet is built around. Standard connects up to 2 messaging channels and Pro up to 4. Missed calls can land in the same inbox. What is available can vary during onboarding, depending on your setup.

Handlet uses your prices and business context. Pricing decisions stay with you. Follow-up suggestions are drafted for you to check. Nothing in that chain sends on its own.
Every draft waits for the owner's review by default; auto-send is optional and off by default.
Standard is £49 a month, for a solo owner: 1 user (then £19 a month for each extra user), up to 2 messaging channels (then £10 a month for each extra connected account), a full inbox, AI drafting you approve, quotes you approve, CRM connection, follow-up suggestions, reviews and complaints sent by you, widgets and website embeds, website analytics, and auto-send if you choose to turn it on.
Pro is £149 a month. It includes everything in Standard, 3 users (the owner plus 2 more, then £19 a month for each extra user), a shared inbox, up to 4 messaging channels (then £10 a month for each extra connected account), phone answering with 300 call minutes a month, socials, advertising and marketing, SEO and GEO, and analytics.
A solo round usually starts on Standard, with your CRM connected if you use one. Pro is for a team sharing the inbox, or for phone answering when calls go unanswered.
