Conversation states help your team see what needs attention and what has already been handled.

Common states

  • Needs review: check the conversation before taking action.
  • Draft ready: a suggested reply or follow-up is available for review.
  • Waiting: the conversation is waiting on the customer or another dependency.
  • Done or archived: no active follow-up is needed.

Why states matter

States keep work visible across the team. They also help Handlet avoid treating completed conversations as new urgent work.
