Keeping Your Account Secure

Review sign-ins and respond if account activity looks wrong.

Handlet may show recent sign-ins so you can review when your profile was accessed and from what kind of device.

If something looks wrong

  1. Change your password if you use email and password.
  2. Sign out of devices you do not trust.
  3. Review connected channels under settings.
  4. Contact support with the approximate time shown in recent sign-ins.

New-device emails

When configured, Handlet may send a short email when it detects a sign-in from a device or network it has not seen on your account before.
