Understand common reasons a message may not send or sync.

Messaging can fail when a provider connection expires, permissions change, or the destination channel rejects the send.

What to check first

  • Is the connected channel still active?
  • Did the mailbox owner revoke access?
  • Is the customer address or number valid?
  • Does the message include unsupported content or attachments?

What to do

Reconnect the affected channel if access changed. If the message still fails, copy the error context and contact support so the team can investigate the provider response.
