Handlet can use AI to identify message intent, estimate tone settings, and help prepare draft content where enabled.

What AI can do

  • suggest intent or next steps
  • draft reply or quote text for review
  • estimate structured tone settings from recent outbound messages
  • explain some suggestions with reason codes or confidence

What AI does not do

Handlet does not treat AI output as automatically correct. AI suggestions should be reviewed before they are used with customers.

Handlet does not infer personality labels, demographic traits, behavioural scores, or segmentation outputs from tone inference.
