Connecting Outlook
Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 so Handlet can sync messages for your workspace.
Connecting Outlook or Microsoft 365 lets Handlet sync your inbox and support shared customer communication from the connected mailbox.
During connection
Handlet opens hosted authentication for Microsoft access. Approve the requested mailbox permissions so Handlet can:
- read messages for synchronization
- keep the connection healthy with refresh support
- identify the connected mailbox correctly
After connection
Handlet links the mailbox to your workspace and starts inbox synchronization. Outlook email can then appear in the shared inbox.
If you see an error
If you cancel the Microsoft consent screen or permissions are not granted, reconnect Outlook and approve the requested access.
