How it works
- Handlet uses a neutral test prompt.
- Handlet generates a synthetic response in the selected tone.
- The preview updates when you adjust tone controls.
- Regenerate creates another variation in the same tone.
Data and persistence
Preview output is synthetic. It is not stored as a real customer conversation or operational message.
If preview fails
If generation fails, the page shows a preview error and logs the failure for investigation.
