How to use it
Higher confidence can make review faster, but it does not prove the suggestion is correct. Lower confidence means you should slow down and inspect the customer message, assumptions, and draft carefully.

Confidence is not a guarantee, approval, or compliance check. You remain responsible for what is sent to customers.
