Connecting Custom Email
Use custom email connection options when Gmail or Outlook are not the right fit.
Custom email is for mailboxes that are not connected through Gmail or Outlook OAuth.
Before you start
Check that your mailbox provider allows app access and that you have the connection details your provider requires.
What Handlet needs
Handlet needs enough mailbox access to receive customer messages and, when enabled, send replies from the connected address.
If connection fails
Confirm the mailbox credentials, provider settings, and any app-password requirements. If your provider blocks third-party access, use Gmail or Outlook connection when available.
